Two global icons came together with one challenge: create a shared identity bold enough to carry the partnership for the next decade. I led the creative vision, building a global design system that unites Pepsi and Pizza Hut under one cohesive language, powerful, flexible, and unmistakable.

The work spanned every touchpoint: a full photo campaign, OOH takeovers, retail, digital, and a global toolkit built to scale. More than a look, it became a system, empowering local teams across 24 markets, from India to the UK to the UAE, to adapt while keeping the story consistent.

Backed by over $5 million in UEFA Champions League media, the rollout established a new visual standard for how these two brands show up together. The result is not just a campaign but a foundation, a bold, enduring identity designed to define the partnership for years to come.
